Location is good

Very old facility, not clean and very less staff to support. I called to operator and others number many times but no one pick up my call. I doubt that if I have any urgency how could I do??

It was a good time for my family and we will remember this trip!

The room is good, you will see the sun rise every morning, awesome sea views, the pool is good, clean and has the slider not only for kids but for adult like me also.

There is no sand beach anymore compare to other hotels that they have sand beach to take a walk, jogging or doing some activities there. I guess its because of the tide is high or the climate problem.

Pleasant

We have been to this hotel four times as we visit family who live in the illage so very convenient for us. The hotel has so much potential and it's good to see some maintenance and painting being done.

Almost impossible to get a drink around the pool, real shame roof bar not open. Hotel guests are mainly Thai and is under occupied. I think europeans would spend more money in the bars making worthwhilke opening them.

We stayed here when it was previously Novotel. We had a great family room with bunk beds for the children. The staff in the kids club were lovely. Lots of extras for Christmas. Though if you advertise Santa don't send the Grinch (true story).

Unfortunately it was the time between contracts and things weren't great. We had to clear tables at breakfast. Inspoke to the manager who said they had to pull staff from other departments. The shuttlebus wasn't running. This was problematic as it was hard to get an uber(or alternative) mnay taxi drivers weren't willing to come out as far. One day we had to ask the hotel to book a taxi 800 baht to go to Black Mountain waterpark. The spa wasn't open. Movie night - They'd left the sign up so we went down for the movie but it was from the night before. Lack of communication between departments, the reception staff didn't have the itinerary. I assume now its under radisson most of these issues have been dealt with.

Sehr gut

Direkt am Meer, obwohl das Meer nicht taucht. Das große Zimmer, schöne Aussicht und sehr nette Personale. Sauber. Gute und viel Auswahl vom Frühstück.

Das Restaurant im Hotel gibt es nicht so viel Auswahl. Das Essen ist nicht gut. Sehr teuer auch die Getränke am Pool. Es stimmt nicht überein.

Die Poolanlage und das Angebot für Kinder

Gebucht war eine Executive Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern, bekommen haben wir 2 Zimmer mit Verbindungstür im oberen unrenovierten Teil des Hotels. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ich brauche auch kein neues Zimmer, aber Steckdosen, die funktionieren brauche ich schon.... Das bitte nicht stören Schild war nur auf Englisch und nicht auf Thai, kein Wunder also, dass das Personal das nicht versteht, als ich nicht gestört werden wollte kam die Reinigungskraft rein, als ich auf bitte reinigen gestellt habe, kam niemand... Das Frühstück war den Preis nicht wert, keine frischen Säfte nur Zuckerwasser und es gab nur eine Käsesorte, billigste Schmelzkäse Scheiben. Das Personal war sehr bemüht Mängel abzustellen, insgesamt wirken die Mitarbeiter aber nicht professionell , im Rezeptionsbereich stimmt die Zuordnung nicht, 2 Mitarbeiter kümmern sich um einen Gast und sehen den nächsten nicht, telefonisch war die Rezeption für mich nie zu erreichen.... Fazit: Hier muss ein vernünftiger Manager her, der die Mitarbeiteter ordentlich schult und dem Radisson Standard anpasst.

„Strankurzurlaub mit Familie

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer waren neu, fuer die Kinder gibt es viele Moeglichkeiten. Das Fruhstuek ist gut.

Es ist etwas abgelegen, man sollte ein Fahrzeug haben, oder eines mieten. Wenn es Ferientage in Thailand gibt und das Hotel ausgebucht ist gibt es Warteschlangen an den Aufzuegen und beim Fruehstueck. Das Hotel wird zu ueber 90 Prozent von Einheimischen gebucht. Es hat mehr als 20 Stockwerke mit einem schoenen ausblick auf das Meer.

„Katastrophe für ein Hotel, daß den Namen „ Radisson führt.

Der Blick aufs Meer

Dieses Hotel ist ein alter Kasten und total abgewohnt. Die Kartenleser der Zimmertüren funktionieren nur sporadisch. Das Personal versucht freundlich zu sein, spricht kaum, oder sehr schlecht englisch. Die Kellner spielen Pool Billard, statt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. In der Junior Suite stand ein Stockbett. All in all, Never ever again.

Pool und Außenanlagen phantastisch, Lobby dito, Zimmer grosszügig und vor allem der Ausblick vom Balkon kaum zu toppen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (7 eleven) und Restaurants in fussnähe

Verlängerung um einen Tag problematisch, da das Mädchen an der Rezeption damit überfordert schien (Preis plötzlich 900 bht mehr als erst angesagt, Kulanz dann Frühstück incl. Frühstück selbst ist mit fast 500 bht pro Person überzahlt für thailändische. Verhältnisse
